Refund and Returns Policy

At Paintfix, we want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Returns
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not as described, we will offer a full refund or replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at paintfixnz@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging where possible. Return shipping costs will be covered by Paintfix for faulty or incorrectly supplied items.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before ordering.
Paint Products
Due to the nature of paint, we cannot accept returns on opened or used paint products unless they are faulty or not as described.
Shipping Errors
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at paintfixnz@outlook.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.
